Happy holidays, dear Trekkies! I have just finished decorating my Christmas tree, and it had me thinking about the most overt reference to Christmas in the film Star Trek Generations. Remember when Picard was being pulled into the extra-dimensional ribbon known as the Nexus? It was a heartwarming scene and got me all tearful. It showed the deepest desires of Picard, who just wanted to spend a nice, joyful Christmas even with a family he never had.

In the past, that would not have hit home like it does now but (sobs), nowadays I can relate. But none of that! Today is a 'good mood' kind of day, and I have literally gathered these memes so it will stay like that. There is nothing better than a good scrolling of Star Trek memes to uplift my spirits.
